Default New Stance: Mantra of Ether

Mantra of Ether - Inspiration Stance, 15 en, 20 cooldown
For 30-78 Seconds, Whenever you would lose energy due to an enemy spell, the amount lost is reduce by 26-45%, and you gain 1 additional energy.

IMO, energy denial is a problem not due to its power (it's no more powerful than any other shutdown tactic), but due to the fact that it's completely impossible to counter right now. Obsidian flesh and spell breaker are only temporary helpers, since as soon as they're gone, any good mesmer can drain your entire health bar in seconds anyways, and you'll never be able to recast it.

It belongs in inspiration since it's common for counters to tactics to lie within the same class that uses that tactic, and this stance would be useful to monks necs and mesmers, all of whom often choose to take inspiration. Placing it in blood under a different name and behavior would also be nice, since all 3 of those classes often use blood in a supporting role.

Too strong? Too weak? Would it be needed?
